Joined ITG in 1998. Responsible for manufacturing (U.S., Russia) and sales (U.S., UK, France, South Africa, New Zealand, Russia) of agricultural and road equipment. Has been involved with road projects since 1999, and is responsible for import/export, negotiations, budgeting, and multiple project management.
Additionally responsible for chemicals, equipment manufacturing and supply, as well as overall project management regarding ITG operations in the Russian Federation.

Responsible for investigation, identification, development and implementation of strategies to increase the international environmental services and equipment market penetration of the company. Translated all the Pepsi Co. water treatment China project drawings and technical documents into Chinese and standards.
Export Manager for China National Automotive Industry Import and Export Corp., Beijing, China. Responsible for pricing, quality, terms, delivery and technical issues with foreign customers and domestic suppliers.
Researcher for Vehicle Dynamics Laboratory, National Research Council of Canada, Ottawa, Canada; Research and testing of the dynamics of heavy duty trucks.
Manager and Design Engineer- Auto body engineering, Beijing Light Automobile Co., Ltd., China. Responsible for 18 engineers, participated in the Isuzu NKR series truck technology transfer from Japan into China.

Worked at First of May Machine Building Plant in Kirov, Russia since 1973. Technologist, Head of Mechanical Assembling Workshop, Head of Manufacturing, Deputy Director of the Plant.
Joined ITG in 1994. Responsible for negotiations with the suppliers as well as manufacturing, new product development, quality control, contracts, and customs.

Joined ITG in 1994. Responsible for specification conversion, design, manufacturing, quality control, new product development, and shipping. Started up manufacturing at two new factories—Yugoslavia, and Samara, Russia.

Gearbox Configurations

All series of gearboxes are offered in one or more of three basic configurations – they are similar in appearance to the letters “L”, “T”, and “X”. Each configuration can be arranged in various speed increasing or speed reducing combinations with shaft rotations as illustrated in the schematic below.

Certain types of gearbox assemblies are limited to the “L” and “T” configurations only. Various styles and lengths of input shafts are available. The #1 in the illustrations below denote the input shafts.

Note: CCW = Counter Clockwise and CW= Clockwise. The illustrations above indicate the direction of the shaft rotation when viewed from the end of the shaft. The arrows indicating rotation direction are placed over the top of the shafts.
