Emulsion Plants of our new series "ITG-AE" are
affordable, very simple in operation and very reliable. Its
colloid mill, of simply unique design, works on a "turbine" principle
and provides thorough shearing and uniform pulverising of
bitumen particles. Hydraulically driven pumps for bitumen
and emulsifier solution allow continuous, "non-stop" flow
control, exact dosing and protection from the system overload.
Simplicity and clarity of the manufacturing process makes
the production of high quality emulsions a simple task
for manufacturers without any previous emulsion making
experience.
