Responsible for negotiations with the suppliers as well as manufacturing, new product development, quality control, contracts, and customs.

In depth experience with manufacturing 26 years Tooling design engineer, head of the tooling design department, chief of manufacturing at the Electromechanical Plant in Kotlas, Russia. Lead designer of the design bureau of the First of May Machine Building Plant, Kirov, Russia. Joined ITG in 1994. Responsible for specification conversion, design, manufacturing, quality control, new product development, and shipping. Started up manufacturing at two new factories—Yugoslavia, and Samara, Russia.
