Bitumen Line

Colloid Mill

• Highly efficient colloid mill is driven by 12-45 kWt motor (respectively)
  providing for considerable energy savings;
• Rotor and stator are made out of high-grade stainless steel;
• Ultra-shearing capacity producing particles of 3-6 microns in diameter;
• Revolutionary mill design is based on particles' chearing with the help
  of centrifugal forces and utilization of the particles' own kinetic energy.
  It is this principle that assures extra fine size of the particles and their
  uniform dispersion.
• The mill owes its high reliability to the lack of mechanical contact
  between rotor and stator. Rotor does not experience any wear. Stator's
  wear is minimal. Original stator's life is typically not less than 200 000 MT.
